The name Brir Zbe Kez is derived from the Wood Elvish language, as Brir Zbe Kez was founded by Iggo Agondren, who was culturaly Wood Elven.

Brir Zbe Kez receives an average of 202 cm/y (79 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Brir Zbe Kez covers an area of nearly 6 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 3230 m (10597 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Brir Zbe Kez was founded durring the late 15th century in spring of the year 1370, by Iggo Agondren. The establishment of Brir Zbe Kez suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Brir Zbe Kez which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
Brir Zbe Kez was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Brir Zbe Kez is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Brir Zbe Kez is buildings are arranged arround a network of narrow flagstone streets which form a diamond shaped grid, where each diamond verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller diamond has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town posesses a fortified albit thin wall of querried stone. This wall posesses most of the features of a castle wall, though it is constructed from cheeper inferior stone. It would pose a minor chalange for an attacking army, though it's clear the wall's true purpose is to crush the hopes of bandits and marauders. The town's failry decent fortifications are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the towns defences.
Before you’ve even set foot into the heart of Brir Zbe Kez, you can smell it. The incense. It hangs about the town like a cloud. Monks, priests, and clerics are everywhere, all dedicated to the same god, all performing the same rituals to bless and anoint buildings, streets, people, animals, you name it they are or have blessed it. The same holy symbol is everywhere too. Its on buildings, on people, and even branded into livestock. This certainly loves its god. More than it loves wealth. The town is very clearly poor. Buildings are run down in ways that are not imeadiatly obvious. The people are a bit too thin. The market is very eager to sell to newcomers, but not so eager to buy from them. There’s also a general lack of the hum and buzz of healthy industry in Brir Zbe Kez.
Civic Infrastructure
Brir Zbe Kez has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Brir Zbe Kez. They are also responsible for the maintenance of these features. Notably, the OCG is not responsible for Brir Zbe Kez's parks.
Brir Zbe Kez has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Brir Zbe Kez.
Brir Zbe Kez has a Gravedigger's Guild, which is responsible for collecting the dead and laying them to rest according to all applicable laws and religious customs.
Brir Zbe Kez has a Guild of Nurses, which is tasked with caring for the elderly and infirm in accordance with local ordinances, religious values, and customs.
Brir Zbe Kez has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Brir Zbe Kez has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Brir Zbe Kez's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Brir Zbe Kez has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Brir Zbe Kez's natural decorations nor waterways.
Brir Zbe Kez has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Brir Zbe Kez has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.
Cultural Notes
Brir Zbe Kez is home to a distinct subculture, who are either the majority here or have the dominant positions in the community. Architecture, local laws, and social customs are all tuned to suit them, and they may not be particularly forgiving or friendly to the major culture of the region. Communities that are not outright independent usually make an arm's-length submission to a local lord.
Brir Zbe Kez's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known primarily for its use of abstraction and simplicity. Clean lines, right angles, and primary colors characterized this aesthetic and art movement expressed via architecture and paintings. Its design ethos allows only primary colors and non-colors, only squares and rectangles, only straight and horizontal or vertical lines. Vertical and horizontal lines are positioned in layers or planes that do not intersect, thereby allowing each element to exist independently and unobstructed by other elements. These seemingly impossible principals for an architectural style coalesces into structures which most experts find hard to put into words. It is not that their geometry is impossible, but rather the style's attempt at producing works only describable visually was most successful..
In Brir Zbe Kez snow is warm to the touch and does not melt within city limits. Also it only happens during summer.
The Bacallia near Brir Zbe Kez are known to be more aggressive than normal.
Brir Zbe Kez's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves drinking to channel Mysticism energies of tier 1 via singing.
